Refund Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with our work, we'll make it right or provide a full refund, mostly.
We stand behind the quality of our services and strive to provide our clients with the best experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:
- Web Design and Web Development Services: We offer a 100% refund if you are unsatisfied with our services within the first seven days of project initiation. After seven days, refunds are not available. Refunds are unavailable if we start development work; once the development and coding start, we offer refunds based on the developer-hours used.
- Web Hosting Services: We offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first 7/15/30 days of signing up. After 7/15/30 days, refunds are not available. Refer to the service page for refund period. Refund period is different for Cloud Hosting, WordPress Hosting and Custom configured servers.
- WordPress Development Services: We offer a 100% refund if you are unsatisfied with our services within the first seven days of project initiation. After seven days, refunds are not available. Refunds are unavailable if we start development work; once the development and coding start, we offer refunds based on the developer-hours used.
- Digital Marketing Services: Refunds are not available for our digital marketing services.
- Consulting Services: Refunds are not available for our consulting services.
Refunds will not be provided for services rendered, even if the refund request is within the specified timeframe. Refunds will not be provided if we have invested significant time and effort into the project. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns about our refund policy.
